JUDO is the first modern martial art and an Olympic sport. It includes dynamic throwing, grappling, submissions, and a philosophy of openness and flexibility.
Our mission is to introduce, instruct and mentor children, teens and adults in JUDO as a dynamic sport and a martial art. As they develop skills through disciplined physical and mental training, students will:
« Improve physical fitness and coordination
« Enhance social skills, self-control, cooperation and respect
« Develop habits of persistence, self-discipline and concentration that foster success in school
« Make new friends and have fun
Our goal is that the benefits of the diligent practice of JUDO will enrich the other aspects of our students' lives.
